Comfort Inn - Kapuskasing

Everything was perfect, had a very very good stay on our 3rd night of our Vacation, the staff were affable and amicable, and the location was perfect near to everything on the HWY 11. Rewritten: Our third night of vacation was just perfect with friendly staff and a great location near everything on Highway 11.

the room we stayed in was practical and pet-friendly, plus it had a fridge for convenience. 🐾

The experienced staff at Comfort Inn Kapuskasing provided a quick check-in and allowed for a late check-out. the pet-friendly hotel offers nice-sized rooms with private bathrooms, wireless internet, and fridges. Its convenient location is within walking distance of everything in the area.

We truly enjoyed the room; it was pet-friendly and had a fridge. the mini refrigerator and coffee maker were a nice touch. - the accommodation had a central location.

This is an excellent place to stay in town, I am definitely going to stay again for another visit.

The only this I would have liked differently is that the breakfast go a little longer into the morning.

Room was beautifully set up, clean, and tidy and very comfortable.

I had a hard time finding the person responsible for the breakfast and, there wasn't much options. But good regardless. Also, the hallway doors were opening and closing all night, had a hard time sleeping. Not much staff can do about that, so understand.

The price I had confirmed on the internet $89.10 was bumped to $98.00. Had requested a specific room and confirmed that also - did not get that room and it was rather inconvenient as we were travelling with a pet. Check in was more than slow. Love the sliding doors off the rooms.

The breakfast here was included and offered a variety of food options. It's super convenient being close to fast food spots, downtown, Tim Hortons, and other restaurants in northern Ontario. 🍳

Nothing the service was dispicable

Service was terroble and attitude if the desk clerk was unacceptable. Management should be repromanded

The young lady at reception was cordial and efficient. The room was very clean.

Mattress was overly firm. Breakfast was not ready.....had to ask twice for eggs. The young man was poorly trained to handle serving at this activity. We heard the couple beside our table express the same. They also had to ask for items which one would assume constitutes a hot/cold breakfast.

This place offers nicely decorated rooms with modern amenities, including a fridge, and is conveniently located close to various shops, fast food restaurants, and attractions.

The location was perfect. The staff were super accomodating

I really liked how staff always went out of their way to be most helpful. Incredible staff. Breakfast provided was very good and everything was fresh. I have travelled a great deal and have yet to find such amazing service.

I must begin to emphasize how clean everything was however the only complaint I would have is the odd smell we had in our room.
